DAY 01 [B] ISTANBUL

Arrival at Istanbul airport, reception and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 02 [HB] ISTANBUL

After breakfast our visits today starts with BOSPHORUS TOUR. We will navigate the Bosphorus strait that separates Europe and Asia continents, in which 60,000 ships pass annually. From the boat we can see a wonderful view of the strait with its palaces, forts and summer houses. After the boat tour we will continue to the SPICE MARKET, built in the seventeenth century, with typical products like pashmina, saffron, spices,dried fruits, teas, treats, perfumes and more!. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation.

DAY 03 [FB] ISTANBUL

After breakfast, guided tour in Istanbul "JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE" with lunch in a typical local restaurant: Hagia Sophia: it is one of the unequivocal symbols of the city of Istanbul. It was the seat of the Orthodox Patriarch of Constantinople and the main stage for Byzantine imperial ceremonies, such as coronations. An icon surrounded, in turn, by a multitude of great monuments that tell us about the glorious past of this thousand-year-old city. The Roman Hippodrome: it was built in 203 AD. and magnified by the founder of the city Constantine the Great. German Fountain: Inaugurated in 1900, the so-called German Fountain was a gift from the German Emperor Wilhelm II to commemorate the second anniversary of his visit to the city. At noon we will enjoy a typical lunch in a local restaurant. The Blue Mosque: it owes its name to the vivid blue and green color of the mosaics that decorate the domes and the upper part of the Mosque. It has the privilege of being the only mosque in all of Turkey that has 6 minarets, which gives it added value compared to the rest of the Mosques. Grand Bazaar, in 1461, Sultan Mehmet II had the first wood market built, occupying an area of approximately 200,000 m2. It contains around 4,000 shops that make up a gigantic maze of streets and passageways. After the visits, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 04  [FB]  ISTANBUL – CAPPADOCIA
after breakfast departure to Cappadocia via Ankara. We will visit the Anitkabir Mausoleum, symbol of Ankara, as it is the place where the founder of the Turkish Republic lies. Continuation to Cappadocia. En route we will see the second largest lake in Turkey, The Salt Lake. Arrival in Cappadocia. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 05 [FB]  CAPPADOCIA

Breakfast. Included visits: Goreme Open Air Museum: it is a national park listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1985. In the museum, whose first settlements date back to the 3rd and 4th centuries, you can see the best preserved churches of Cappadocia with fresco from the 11th and 12th centuries. The constructions were carved out of the rock in the form of artificial caves. Uchisar: it is a town of troglodyte settlements known for its fortress built in order to protect them from enemy attacks. The Valley of the Pigeons: in this valley the pigeons were trained to be used as messengers between the different settlements throughout Central Cappadocia, so they played an essential role in communication. Ozkonak: 10-story underground city dug into the slope of Mount Idis, built as a refuge due to the constant attacks suffered by its inhabitants.  Çavuşin: your visit takes us to another time. It is one of the oldest settlements in Cappadocia. Avcılar: it is the perfect valley to enjoy the spectacular scenery of the '' Fairy chimneys ''. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 06   [FB]  CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE

Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to Pamukkale. Arrival and visit to Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic city that today is in ruins. Visit the famous Cotton Castle, a natural wonder of gigantic white waterfalls, stalactites and Natural Pools formed over the centuries by the passage of waters loaded with calcareous salts from hot springs. Arrival at the hotel, dinner and accommodation

DAY 07  [FB]    PAMUKKALE – EFESO – KUSADASI*
Breakfast. Departure for Ephesus, the best preserved ancient city in Asia Minor, which during the 1st and 2nd centuries had a population of 250,000, monopolized the wealth of the Middle East. We will visit the Temple of Hadrian, the Roman Baths, the Library, The Odeon, the Theater, etc. Then we will visit the House of the Virgin Mary, supposedly the last resting place of the Mother of Jesus. During the journey there will be a stop at a leather factory. Dinner and accommodation.

* Accommodation may be in Izmir or Kusadasi on some departures. Subject to availability at the time of booking.

DAY 08 [B]    KUSADASI

Breakfast and transfer to the port. End of our services.
